• To use the Interactive Info Reporter please click on the approximate position on the map of the item you wish to report to the Highways Department of Myddle and Broughton Parish Council.
• The marker will only activate inside the boundaries of Myddle and Broughton Parish Council.
• Once the red marker is displayed change the view on Google maps to Satellite view.
• From here zoom into the exact position of the item (e.g. the pothole that needs fixing)
• Once you have positioned the red marker in the correct place, fill in the form to the right of the map with your name, phone number and email address and the item problem then click Report.
• The email will be delivered to noreply@myddleandbroughton-pc.gov.uk
• At the Highways department the council official only has to click the link in his/her new email to see the exact position and geocodes of the item reported and the email contains the information filled in on the form.
• Please be polite and only use this form to report a pothole or other problem with roads in the Myddle and Broughton Parish Council area.
